Miraj Hammam Spa is looking for a Spa Receptionist who are hard-working and dedicated to join our team. We are a reputable spa with a large clientele base. We have extended our hours from 9am-9pm and in the mist of growing our team. Grace, class and punctuality are key to our Spa. Our Spa Receptionists will be train with the current Manager or Owner, and then be required to work independently – Closing and opening shift will alternate.
* You possess superior customer service skills and are able to mediate any situation with a calm and helpful demeanor
* Have a minimum 5 Years customer service or management skills.
* Continuously withhold and enhance policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for all employees and customers
* Take initiative and build sincere relationships with customers
* Address all on-site customer issues in an effective manner
* Understand and align with the standard of providing customers with the best possible experience, every single time they visit the spa
