Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic clinic as a medical Esthetician. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care and treatment to patients experiencing various symptoms and other specialized skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures to our clients. You will utilize your esthetics and medical knowledge expertise to assess, treat, and educate patients on managing these conditions effectively.

Duties:

1. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients experiencing various symptoms and skin conditions, including reviewing medical history, performing diagnostic tests, and evaluating ocular health and skincare concerns.

2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and severity of skin conditions. Utilize a combination of esthetic techniques and medical interventions to alleviate symptoms and improve ocular comfort and skin care.

3. Esthetic Procedures: Perform esthetic procedures aimed at enhancing tear film quality and promoting eye health, such as eyelid hygiene techniques, meibomian gland expression, radio frequency, and intense pulsed light therapy. As well as performing a variety of skin care treatments and procedures, including facials, microdermabrasion, and microneedling, using safe and effective techniques and equipment.

4. Patient Education: Educate Clients on the underlying causes of Conditions, proper care techniques, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing management strategies to optimize treatment outcomes and minimize recurrence.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with our practicionars and other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment plans for all Clients.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient education provided, in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

7. Continuing Education: Stay informed about the latest advancements in treatment modalities, esthetic procedures, and medical technologies through ongoing training, seminars, and professional development activities.

8. Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: Provide detailed instructions to clients on pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care to enhance treatment outcomes and minimize potential side effects or complications.

19. Product Recommendations: Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend skin care products tailored to their skin type and concerns. Promote the benefits of medical-grade skincare products and guide homecare routines for optimal results.

10. Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor treatment progress, address any concerns or questions, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed to ensure continued satisfaction and results.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$28.00 per hour
