Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services to our clients, including facials, body treatments, and more. Your primary goal will be to enhance our clients’ natural beauty and promote their overall well-being through personalized treatments.
Duties:
Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, peels, and microdermabrasion
Conduct body treatments including massages, wraps, and scrubs
Provide hair removal services such as waxing and threading
Engage in upselling by recommending additional services or products to clients
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and processing payments
Participate in retail sales of skincare products and beauty items
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide appropriate recommendations
