Spa Therapist/Receptionist
Reign Medispa is a small business in Richmond, BC. We are professional, customer-centric, fun, and our goal is to Reign Medispa is a massage therapy clinic that offers health and beauty treatments. It is located in the heart of Richmond, British Columbia. Our mission is to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience for our clients through a wide range of massage therapy and medispa services. We are currently in the process of leasing the business and will be undergoing renovations to update the facility and equipment.

This position is open to individuals who are career-minded, detail-oriented, and who possess strong interpersonal skills. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of the organization, making decisions in a timely fashion, and training employees as needed. Our company is looking for professional individuals who can jump right in, learn quickly, take initiative and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer relationships.
Monitor customer satisfaction.
Analyze job duties.
Handle complaints regarding services or policies.
Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions.
Facilitate the resolution of disputes.
Maintain productive employee relationships.
Hire, train, and mentor employees.
Provide feedback to employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 – 40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
