Rosewood Hotel Georgia is searching for Spa Therapist/Body Work/Esthetician (FT, PT, & Contract) to join our Sense® spa team.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following:)
· Provide all facials, salon (Estheticians), massage and body services offered by the spa.
· Provide a welcoming environment to our guests by demonstrating consistent high standards of service.
· Always maintain positive guest relations.
· Conduct appointments in the timeframe established, according to guest’s comfort and desire. Follow service protocol.
· Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments as well as know pertinent hotel information.
· Maintains the highest level of guest privacy and confidentiality.
· Maintain knowledge of and comply with all Rosewood Spa protocols/service procedures/standards.
· Ensures rooms are fully stocked with professional products in designated treatment room, restocking as required.
· Customization of treatments to meet guests needs.
· Complete required post-treatment documents.
· Maintains impeccable standards of room and personal cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
· Knows and participates in all areas of the spa including retail and body treatments.
· Ensures compliance to all hotel policies, programs, and core practices.
· Actively demonstrates a spirit of teamwork and cooperation, safe work practices, open communication, respect, integrity, helpfulness, courtesy, and an above and beyond attitude.
· Maintains excellent knowledge of all treatments provided in the spa, including products and treatment offerings.
· Full Time employees must provide open availability and can expect to work up to 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
· Applicants must possess Diploma or certificate in a related field. Esthetic Certification from a registered institution/school is a must.
· Minimum 2 years esthetics/massage experience in a luxury spa environment, preferably within a luxury hotel is an asset.
· Knowledge of Spa Soft is an asset.
· Fluency in written and oral communication in English.
· Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 10-15 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
· Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up. Be a clear thinker, using good judgement, follow directions thoroughly, work cohesively with co-workers/contractors as a part of a team, and work with minimal supervision.
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
· Full Time employees must provide open availability and can expect to work up to 40 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
· $35-$55 + gratuities paid on a 60-minute treatment.
