Job purpose
The main function of the Beauty Advisor is to deliver the optimal customer experience by providing a friendly, customer-focused experience while driving sales. The individual in this role will act as a brand ambassador by providing strong product knowledge to clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up and notify customers of upcoming events and promotions
Achieve sales results in a team environment
Assist in the execution of events and holiday programs
Provide strong product knowledge to customers differentiating Shiseido from other brands
Qualifications
At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably within the Perfume & Cosmetics industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
Results-driven
Customer-focused
