Qualifications
Certification from a recognized esthetics program.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics.
Demonstrated ability to bring and retain clients.
Proficiency in medical-grade skincare and experience with advanced devices (experience with Potenza and IPL or similar is an asset).
Strong communication skills and a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling and more.
Provide skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans for each client.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the clinic.
Contribute to the clinic’s visibility through social media, content creation, and client engagement.
Help foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
