Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires effective time management and organizational skills to handle appointments, manage client inquiries, and support salon operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our POS system. (Square POS)
Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately through the POS system.
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Promote salon services and products, utilizing technical sales skills to enhance client experience.
Stay updated on salon services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Serve refreshments to clients and ensure client comfortability.
Stock, maintain and assist the salon team with cleanliness, supplies and sanitization.
Assist staff with content creation and take pictures and videos of salon atmosphere, staff for marketing and online viewers. (Training will be provided)
