Overview
We are seeking a positive, happy-go-lucky, firm and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our nail salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and inventory to achieve business goals.
Duties
Lead and supervise salon staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, clean environment and client experience.
Performing an excellent nail service if needed
Maintain an organized work environment that promotes efficiency and teamwork.
Handle customer’s complaints and feedback
Manage social media
Work closely with the owner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
