Sales Manager (Skincare)
Full Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Sales Manager is responsible for all sales and brand development.
This person would be responsible for initiating, developing and delivering new business (top line sales) of company products and innovations. An optimal candidate should have a solid understanding of branding and digital marketing with a strong sense of promoting products via various e-commerce platforms and distribution with brick-and-mortar stores.
Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to address customer marketing needs and create necessary marketing materials to support sale.
Sales of the company’s in-house brand and products.
Service existing OEM clients and work to expand all possible new business development (products and innovations) offered by company.
Manage and oversees the expansion of house brand via e-commerce and develop distribution agreements (territorial).
Identify new market opportunities in the North American, Asian, and European markets, including distribution partners.
Maintain a consistent company voice and brand in all Marketing material.
Coordinating listings, inventory, promotional opportunities, pricing optimization and content creation.
Work with President to secure new clients, time to time travel with or without President.
To prepare report of activities/progress upon request from the President.
Assist if needed from time to time in the company for related tasks.

Graduate from post-secondary – preferably marketing/PR/Communications/ Business program.
Experience with digital advertising, content marketing, social media and email marketing preferred.
Ability to travel.

Salary: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
