Receptionist/Medical Aesthetic Sales
Required Skills and Experience:
– Knowledge of medical spa services and products including ZO Skincare.
– Ability to handle the volume of customer service interactions and ability to sell over the phone.
– Knowledge of treatments and products is preferred but not required.
– Provide outstanding customer service
– Greet clients and guests in a professional, friendly manner
– Register customers and collect documentation
– Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails and dms with professional etiquette
– Schedule follow-up appointments
– Perform a variety of other clerical and reception duties
-Call and write prospective customers to book consultations
– Strong abilities with office suite and gmail.
– Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram

Education:
– Secondary School (preferred)
