Job Summary
We are seeking passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied while maintaining our un-matched service standards. As a Nail Technician, you will provide various nail care services while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Training will be provided before start date.
Duties
Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements at a high service standard, demonstrating luxury and precision.
Provide services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options.
Attend monthly trainings to maintain service standards.
Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and procedures.
