What you bring:
Must possess a valid Esthetician license; such as laser hair removal, facials, face and body contouring or other esthetics certification;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales & Esthetics position;
Good listening skills, empathy and patience;
Autonomy and sense of initiative;
An established clientele;
High-end Clinic/Spa experience mandatory;
Ability to handle clients in difficult situations;
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the health and beauty industry;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills;
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas;
Computer literate.

We are looking for a Medical Esthetician and Esthetic Sales Advisor who is passionate about the health and beauty industry, has excellent customer service skills, and is eager to provide an unforgettable experience to every one of their clients. What you’ll do:
Greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner;
Perform treatments according to company protocols and standards;
Ability to provide 60, 90, and 120 minute treatments;
Administer appropriate treatments to clients as established in the initial treatment plan;
Re-evaluate this plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up according to identified needs;
Advice on skincare products to optimize the results of clinical treatments;
Ensure post-treatment follow-ups with clients;
Perform various administrative tasks in support to the team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic;
Patient follow up and rebooking;
Provide exceptional customer service at all times;
Manage client feedback and complaints with professionalism and patience;
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms used and common areas of the spa;
Responsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of management;
Other tasks as assigned.
