Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator
Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (experience in a medical aesthetic clinic preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage orders, inventory, and scheduling systems
Proficiency with Jane App or similar clinic management software
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
We are an established and thriving medical aesthetic wellness centre in Burnaby seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably within a medical aesthetics or wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist clients, ensuring a high level of service at all times
Handle client bookings, inquiries, and follow-up appointments with professionalism and accuracy
Manage daily administrative duties, including processing orders and inventory management
Process payments, maintain patient records, and handle phone and email communications efficiently
Support the clinic team in ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent client experience
