Inclusive Workplaces for Film & Television Workers

1-Day Online Training

Everyone has the right to work in a psychologically safe work environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment, where people work collaboratively and cross-culturally.

This full-day session will deepen film workers’ understanding of anti-discrimination, unconscious bias and cultural awareness. Using an OH&S lens, participants will complete the training with a knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in creating an inclusive workplace.

Who should take this course?
This course is open to experienced and new industry workers, students, and B.C.-based individuals getting into, or who are currently working in, the motion picture industry.

Delivery: Online
Schedule: 1-day workshop from 9:30am – 4pm PT (with the exception of the November 6 session)
1-hour lunch, 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon
