About the role:
You will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with our most valuable clients to ensure our individual sales and company commercial targets are exceeded. You’ll develop a unique skillset as you engage and drive customer loyalty through a variety of engagement and selling activities in collaboration with functional teams, ensuring a seamless, exceptional luxury shopping experience.
We need someone with strong client development skills, solid commercial acumen and a deep knowledge of luxury fashion to play an instrumental part in driving the team to achieve their targets. Experience of working with high profile clients in the luxury fashion industry is essential, combined with a capability to develop strategies and action plans.
What you’ll do:
Develop the leisure Center Client base by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients.
Develop personal relationships with new high-value prospects, to introduce them to the Leisure Center Client service.
Maintain your client relationships to the standards required to enable achievement of personal sales targets and related KPIs.
Create personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products, designers and other leisure center news that is relevant to their interests.
Work closely with the Manager on individual daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new sales possibilities.
Manage individual client engagement, ensuring an effective impact is achieved through all sales-related activities within the appropriate spend level.
Greet and consistently deliver helpful, professional service to all customers.
Communicate trends and fashion knowledge to customers and recommend merchandise based on individual requirements.
Advise clients on all aspects of fashion styling according to each client’s needs.
Maintaining store cleanliness and maintenance.
Assist in preparing merchandise for sale.
Achieve all sales and service goals and targets.
Resolve any customer service issues in a timely, professional manner. Responsible for all known lost and prevention policy.
Accurate POS and cash handling ability.
Keep up to date with trends in global fashion, design and new designer labels as well as influencers
Ongoing awareness of product selection available at competitor stores.
Regularly analyze your client buying patterns to understand where there may be opportunities to increase their spending
Actively share your customer service, fashion, style and social media knowledge with other team members as you learn them yourself
1-3 years’ experience in retail industry, preferably in a luxury boutique environment
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and loves to collaborate with team members
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Professional, friendly, self-confident, and self-motivated.
Enjoys actively engaging with and selling to the public
A strong sense of style, and an ability to guide others for complete wardrobe styling
Flexibility for scheduling (including evenings and weekends)
Adherent to company policy and hair makeup looks
Adherent to company discount policy
Social media savvy – Facebook and Instagram
Fashion design, fashion marketing program graduate preferred
Sense of humour
Ability to lift 15KG
