We are seeking a self-motivated and versatile individual to manage daily operations at Skin Designer Clinic. This role combines responsibilities as an aesthetician, receptionist, and administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently overseeing the clinic’s functions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetic Services:
Perform a range of skincare treatments tailored to clients’ needs.
Conduct skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Reception and Client Relations:
Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling.
Handle phone inquiries, emails, and client communications promptly and professionally.
Manage client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Administrative and Operational Management:
Oversee daily clinic operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Assist in marketing initiatives and client outreach programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
