Experiences
Required:
– valid esthetician license
– 2-3 years of experience in a professional esthetician role
– desire and experience with building out a clientele
– exceptional customer service
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service and delivering top-notch treatments to clients, and desire to build out a client base.
Position Responsibilities:
– welcome clients, anticipate and address their needs and deliver results
– handle reception duties, scheduling appointments and providing information on services and products
– maintain positive client relations and deliver excellent experiences for clients
– complete mandatory training and perform spa services (facials, skincare treatments and body treatments)
– educate clients on skincare routines and promote additional services and products
– maintain product knowledge and recommend/sell retail products based on guest needs.
– set up, stock, and maintain workstations, supplies and inventory
– attend all required meetings, classes, and training sessions and share knowledge with co-workers
– maintain knowledge and adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards
– perform opening/closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
