Qualifications

Proven experience in guest services within a spa or salon environment is preferred.

Responsibilities/ Services offered
Laser hair removal
IPL / photofacials
Skin tightening treatments
Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or microneedling
Body contouring / fat reduction treatments
Facials and customized skincare
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
Provide excellent guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatments.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that suit client needs.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
