We are looking to hire a Beauty Brand Ambassador for our client: L’Oréal Luxe. Working with us, you will be at the heart of our ambition to win over consumers and offer the best in beauty to everyone on the planet. You will have the opportunity to learn more about L’Oréal Luxe, as well as developing new skills through unique sales and customer service training and development programs for L’Oréal Luxe brands including Yves St-Laurent, Lancôme, Biotherm, Giorgio Armani, IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay and many more.

This role is all about personality. We are looking for someone who can make L’Oréal Luxe clients feel at their best.
Responsibilities:
To build L’Oréal Luxe sales by understanding and meeting customers’ needs with products and services
To perform makeup applications & provide makeup lessons, explain skincare innovation, inspire with Fragrance scents and initiate special events
Ensure the excellence in execution of the different programs and assist the counters of the Beauty managers in requested tasks
Qualifications:
Require access to a vehicle and a valid driving license
Has a flair for aesthetics, and constantly perfects brand image
Driven to provide customers with complete satisfaction
Acts as a role model
Follows the beauty industry and understands the retail competition
Understands beauty trends and incorporates them into activations
Has a creative demeanor
Able to communicate effectively and with poise
Energetic attitude and ability to excite customers
Takes initiative and proactively pursues key service standards
Ability to listen to customers’ needs and cater to them through education
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Experience:
beauty: 2 years (preferred)
retail for beauty brand: 2 years (preferred)
