Beauty Advisor
– Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
– Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
Retail Sales experience.
– Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
– Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to work well in a team.
– Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
– Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
– Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
