Makes follow up phone calls, leaving positive impressions to clients
Management of personal VIP contacts via Microsoft excel; identify opportunities and reach out to clients (e.g. for product replenishment, for stock update, special promotions or events)
Achieve personal targets and help reach store monthly and daily targets
Sign up customers
Replenish stock and regular maintenance of store cleanliness, ensuring that the visual merchandising follows Marketing’s directions
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and set up of store
Follow merchandising guidelines as per company standards.
Competencies:
Basic understanding of MS office – Excel and Word
Extensive knowledge on beauty trends and skincare products
Passion for luxury beauty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable on the phone
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: From $15.65 per hour
