This position is ideal for someone who excels in Classic and Volume lash extensions and has experience with eyebrow services like tinting, lamination, and shaping. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional eyelash extension services, ensuring each client leaves feeling fabulous.
– Provide stellar customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
– Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
– Contribute to overall salon operations, including inventory management and maintaining a tidy space.
– Support front desk operations during busy periods to ensure smooth client flow.
What We’re Looking For:
– Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in lashing, but we’re excited to meet dynamic newcomers with raw talent as well.
– Proven customer service experience, showing your ability to make clients smile.
– Attention to detail with strong teamwork capabilities.
– Excellent time management skills to keep up with a lively salon pace.
– Clear and professional communication skills.
