Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare services and guest experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in body waxing, skincare, and product knowledge will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Duties
Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments.
Sanitate all tools and work areas according to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent guest services by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products.
Engage in hospitality practices to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
Promote retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and concerns.
